Almost all do-it-yourself car alarms are plain devices supplying minimal protection. In case you don’t want to be bothered by mounting of alarm by yourself, get the car alarm and security company that will do all that is required. 
Preparing for the Installation 1. Get all necessary materials. You will require a knife or scissors solder material, soldering iron, drill, test light, screws, tie wrap, double-sided mounting tape and a voltmeter.
2. Follow the installation manual, which comes with the alarm.
3. Consult the tech support center and tell the tech advisor what sort of car you own. Ask what type of locking system your car has.
4. Request the advisor how to link up the relay for the door lock feature, what color wire to link to for the starter disable feature and how to connect the relay.
5. Consult how to mount the voltmeter to check the door lock wires.
6. Consult how to correctly use the factory doors triggers.
7. Decide where you are going to put the constituents by referring to the setting up manual.
Tips & Warnings
If you want to mount an alarm with a current- or voltage-sensing feature, check with the tech consultant what color wire operates the courtesy light and where you may access it.
The Installation
1. Fix the danger signal to a hard metal surface under the hood. Put the horn of the danger signal down toward the ground so that humidity can’t amass inside it. Make a hole through a rubber grommet in the firewall of the auto and place the danger signal’s wire through the hole into the passenger section of the vehicle.
2. Attach the power wire of the alarm straightly to the car’s battery.
